FlexRide East:
- Monday-Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Book trips weekdays (Mon-Fri) between 6:00 a.m.- 10:00 p.m.
FlexRide West:
- Monday-Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Sat-Sun: No Service
- Book trips weekdays (Mon-Fri) between 7:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m.
FlexRide also provides curb-to-curb service during late-night hours and on major holidays when regular fixed-route service is not available.

Operating Area
FlexRide is a shared shuttle service that helps riders connect to fixed-route bus stops and to other hard-to reach destinations. FlexRide provides on-demand, curb-to-curb transportation in select locations of the greater Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti area. For more information, see:

Fares
Standard Fare
FlexRide East and FlexRide West:
$1.00 per trip
Reduced Fare
FlexRide East and FlexRide West:
- With Fare Deal Card/Youth K-12: $0.50 per trip
- With A-Ride (Disability or Senior) or GoldRide
- Senior age (65+) Card: Free
Accessibility & Eligibility
Paratransit/Reduced Fare Eligibility
There is not a complementary paratransit service because this is a curb-to-curb/door-to-door service, not fixed route.
Reduced fare is available to eligible individuals based on age, disability, and income. The following programs are available for eligible persons with certification (applications required):
- A-Ride (Seniors and people with disabilities unable to use TheRide fixed route system due to disability or mobility challenges).

- Fare Deal (Medicaid or Medicare card holders, individuals with disabilities, seniors ages 60-64, youth/students).

Transit Service Accessibility
There is not a complementary paratransit service because this is a curb-to-curb/door-to-door service, not fixed route. Buses are wheelchair-lift equipped. This demand response service is accessible to individuals with disabilities as well as open to the general public.
