Alternatively, riders may use the MyBus by MATS Trip Planner to find the appropriate routes/buses for their trip for the times they wish to travel.

Accessibility & Eligibility
Paratransit/Reduced Fare Eligibility
Complementary paratransit is available for riders who are unable to use the MATS Fixed Route System due to a disability. See MATS ADA Complementary Paratransit for more information.
For all individuals who are able to get to fixed route stops or otherwise use the fixed route systems, all Muskegon Area Transit System buses are equipped with a lift or ramp for wheelchair or other mobility device users.
Individuals with disabilities and Seniors must complete and submit a MATS Reduced Fare Program Application to be eligible for reduced fare rates. This application requires certification through a photocopy of picture ID (Seniors), Medicare Card, VA,SSI, or SSDI benefits letter. If none of those are available, certification of a disability by a medical professional is required.
