Method/Rules for Scheduling a RideOut-of-County Trips: Reservations for medical trips to surrounding counties should be made at least 3 weeks in advance if you require a specific time. You may request a trip within a shorter time period, but LETS cannot guarantee space will be available. Trips can be scheduled up to 6 weeks in advance.
To schedule call 517-546-6600 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Let the dispatcher know if you require a lift or ramp-equipped vehicle when you schedule your trip.

Out-of-county transportation from Livingston County to Ingham, Washtenaw, Oakland and Genesee Counties for medical purposes. This includes medical and dental appointments, physical therapy, pharmacy visits, and rides home after discharge.

Paratransit/Reduced Fare Eligibility
This service does not have complementary paratransit because it is curb-to-curb service, not fixed route. Most LETS buses are lift or ramp equipped for wheelchair users or other mobility device users. Let dispatch know when scheduling your ride if you require a lift/ramp equipped bus.
All individuals qualifying for reduced fare must complete the LETS Application for Special Fare Identification Pass.
Seniors (60+) and Youth (5 years or under) will need to attach a copy of birth certificate, driver’s license, or other identification stating date of birth.
Individuals with disabilities will need to fill out a portion of the application describing their disability and provide the contact information for a physician, health care professional, or rehabilitation professional who is familiar with their disability for certification.
