I-Ride Dial-A-Ride

Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 9:00 pm
Weekend hours as requested (must book 24 hours in advance)
Method/Rules for Scheduling a RideCall (989) 772-9441 or use the “I-Ride My Way” app to schedule your ride. The I-Ride My Way app is available in the Google Play and Apple stores for download.
I-Ride phone lines are open 1/2 hour prior to service hours and Last Call accepted 1 hour prior to closing. Please notify dispatch if you need a lift or ramp equipped bus.
Service will be based on the following priority system:
- 1st Priority – Recurring. Rides reserved in advance to serve same passenger with same pick up/drop off, same time, every day/week.
- 2nd Priority – At Least 24 Hours Advance Notice. Rides reserved at least 24 hours in advance of service need.
- 3rd Priority – On Demand. Ride requests made with little or no advance notice.

Youth (ages 17 & under): $1.50 per ride

Senior (60+) or Persons with Disabilities: $1.00 per ride

- $18/22 ride punch pass
Seniors (80+): FREE

Accessibility & Eligibility
Paratransit/Reduced Fare Eligibility
There is no complementary paratransit because this is curb-to-curb service, not fixed route. All I-Ride buses are equipped with lifts or ramped entrances for wheelchair users and other mobility equipment users. Notify dispatch if you need this service when scheduling your ride.
Seniors and youth may show appropriate identification to receive reduced fare. Individuals with disabilities may verify disability through a MDHHS or Social Security statement to receive an I-Ride reduced fare card. There is no formal application to receive disability reduced fare.
Seniors who are 80 years old or above may contact the Commission on Aging Activity Center at (989) 772-0748 to obtain a pass for free I-Ride rides.

This is curb-to-curb, origin to destination service. All I-Ride buses are equipped with lifts or ramped entrances for wheelchair users and other mobility equipment users. (Notify dispatch if you need this service when scheduling your ride). This service is accessible to individuals with disabilities as well as open to the general public.
