- Saturdays – Advanced Reservation Service (A.R.S.) only

- Bedford Dial-A-Ride
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- No Saturday, Sunday or holiday service
Frenchtown Dial-A-Ride: Call 734-242-6766 for reservations at least one (1) hour before you want to be picked up.
Bedford Dial-A-Ride: Call: 888-664-5984 for reservations at least one (1) hour before you want to be picked up.

Accessibility & Eligibility
Paratransit/Reduced Fare Eligibility
This service does not have complementary paratransit because it is a curb-to-curb service, not fixed route. All LET vehicles are lift equipped for wheelchair and other mobility equipment users. LET also provides a door-to-door service in Monroe, Bedford, and Dundee/Milan for seniors and people with disabilities. See LET Essential Transportation Service (ETS) for more information.
Reduced fare eligible Seniors (60+) and Youth must complete the Senior Youth Reduced Fare ID Application to receive a Reduced Fare card. This application requires a copy of a valid picture ID (for seniors) or birth certificate and photo (for youth).
Individuals with disabilities must complete the Disabled Reduced Fare ID Application to receive a Reduced Fare Card. This application requires a copy of one of the following:
Medicare Card
Social Security Disability Determination
Veterans Health ID card indicating a Service Connected Disability
State of Michigan ID identifying the applicant as Legally Blind
A detailed description of your diagnosis on original letterhead from the applicant’s licensed medical professional
Transit Service Accessibility
This is a curb-to-curb service and all LET vehicles are lift equipped for wheelchair and other mobility equipment users. This service is accessible to individuals with disabilities as well as open to the general public.
