Rides are booked on a first-call, first-served basis, and time slots do become filled. Call Dial-A-Ride at 989-837-6940 with as much advance notice as possible to increase your chances of booking a ride at your preferred time. Dial-A-Ride reservations may be made as far as 30 days in advance.
When you schedule your ride, please inform the Dial-A-Ride Office if you need the assistance of a lift-equipped bus.
If you need a ride to the same place on the same day of the week each week, you can book a standing order ride. Standing order rides are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. To book a standing order ride, call (989) 837-6940 and let the operator know that you would like to book a standing order ride. Once your standing order ride times are booked, Dial-A-Ride will come to get you each week during your scheduled pick-up times without you having to call and book your ride again. Dial-A-Ride requires passengers with standing order rides to use their standing order rides at least 75% of the time.

Any person with a disability who is eligible for the reduced fare ($.75 or pink tickets) under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) will need to verify their eligibility. There are two ways to verify your eligibility under ADA:
- Present your Medicare card one time at the Dial-A-Ride office (Municipal Services Center, 4811 N. Saginaw Rd., Midland MI 48640) OR
- Have a medical doctor or mental health professional complete the ADA verification section of the Passenger Information Form.
Senior citizens (60 years or older) automatically qualify for the reduced fare and do not need to complete the ADA verification section on the Passenger Information Form.
