Accessibility & Eligibility

Paratransit/Reduced Fare Eligibility

This service does not have complementary paratransit because it is curb-to-curb service, not fixed route. Most LETS buses are lift or ramp equipped for wheelchair users or other mobility device users. Let dispatch know when scheduling your ride if you require a lift/ramp equipped bus.

All individuals qualifying for reduced fare must complete the LETS Application for Special Fare Identification Pass.

Seniors (60+) and Youth (5 years or under) will need to attach a copy of birth certificate, driver’s license, or other identification stating date of birth.

Individuals with disabilities will need to fill out a portion of the application describing their disability and provide the contact information for a physician, health care professional, or rehabilitation professional who is familiar with their disability for certification.

Transit Service Accessibility

This is a curb-to-curb service. Most LETS buses are lift or ramp equipped for wheelchair users or other mobility device users. Let dispatch know when scheduling your ride if you require a lift/ramp equipped bus.

This service is accessible to individuals with disabilities as well as open to the general public.
