If you need help, you can call us at (800) 288-5923 Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, or you can fill out the confidential online “General Questions” form below any time.

Please complete as much information as possible. While you don’t have to submit a phone number, doing so will help us respond to your request more quickly.

DRM staff will look at your online request on the next regularly scheduled work day and will personally contact you as quickly as possible. When our services are in high demand, it may take up to two working days for us to get back to you. If you have not heard back from us in that time, please contact us again.

If you are contacting Disability Rights Michigan about an adult with a disability, we will ask you to have the individual contact us directly whenever possible.
